Arrival and Departure

  • Departure time: 07:00 - 11:30

Please mention that our hotel do not provide a 24-hours check-in for free. The free check-in time is 14.00-22.00 . We can extend this time to 00.00 midnight also for free but only under request and communication . In case you want a very late check-in after 00.00 the midnight we need to leave one receptionist to wait for you and make after-midnight overtimes so this facility has fees 10€/extra overtime and ONLY under your request and our pre-arrangement . Reservations that have not arrived until 00.00 the midnight and they have not made a pre-arrangement or any communication with our part will be declared as non-show and cancelled on customers responsibility. All the deposits/ pre-payments will be kept as cancellation fees.

The day of the arrival is calculated as whole as far as the lease is concerned no matter the time of the arrival.

The reservation is only confirmed after the client has deposited at least 35% of the total amount in the resort’s bank account.
The rest of the amount must be paid either via deposit or cash or card on the day of the arrival.
No refund is available in case the client leaves the resort before the date of departure.
In case of an over number arrival (extra people than the declared on reservation) and older than 2 y.o ,there will be a 20€/extra person/day fee for this use. In case that the booked room is not capable for this use the extra person will have to take another available room with the default price (depend on the room and the period).
All transactions are made in Euros.

  General Policies

  • No pets allowed
  • It is forbidden for outside-visitors to use the rooms 
  • The parking space is strictly for the clients of the resort
  • Before their departure, the clients must give the keycards on the reception 
  • Minimum material damage compensation charge 100 €
  • In case that customer causes excessive noise or has inappropriate behavior, he must be discarded from our premises.

Keep a copy of the reservation and an invoice from the bank deposit to be shown upon your arrival.
Making a reservation, you accept the terms of our bookings and cancellation policies.

When making a reservation you claim fully aware and compliant with the policies of the resort, reservation and cancellation policies, as well as payment and refund policies.

Cancel or prepay

All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable .
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary. Please check this policies on your reservation confirmation.

Children and Extra Beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All further older children or adults are charged extra 20€/day.
Baby cots and extra beds can be given on request and are based on availability.
The additional benefits are not automatically calculated in the final amount and must be paid separately during your stay.

 * Hotel is not responsible for any missing object which has not been delivered in the reception .

* Hotel has the right to expel the customer who do not respect all the above policies , keeping the deposit/pre-payment as compensation .
